In the context of using the QUYCKY mobile APP, namely the desktop version; our website (www.quycky.com) and microsite (QUIZ) or using our digital products and services (such as our competitions or surveys) (together, referred to in this Privacy Policy as our "Sites"), we collect some information about our Visitors/Users/Clients.

The limited company "LOVE QUYCKY, LDA", legal entity with company number 516360060, with registered office at “Rua do Campo Alegre, nº 1306, 1º, Sala 106, 4150-174 Porto”, as the data controller, is committed to protecting both the privacy and the personal data of the Users of the APP.

QUYCKY collects and processes data in accordance with and in compliance with the legislation in force, currently Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016, applicable since 25/05/2018 (hereinafter "RGPD").

The collection and processing of data is carried out in a secure manner which prevents their loss or manipulation. 

All data will be entered on a Secure Server that encrypts/encrypts them, and you can check that your browser is secure.

QUYCKY guarantees the confidentiality of all data provided by the APP Users.

Although QUYCKY collects and processes data in a secure manner to prevent their loss or manipulation, using the most advanced techniques for this purpose, we inform you that collection over an open network allows personal data to circulate without security conditions, running the risk of being seen and used by unauthorised third parties.

All Users have the right to access, rectify, cancel, oppose and limit the processing of their data.

What is personal data?

Personal data is all information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person, referred to as "data subject".

An identifiable natural person is one who can be identified, directly or indirectly, in particular by reference to an identifier, such as a name, an identification number, location data, electronic identifiers, or to one or more factors specific to that natural person's physical, physiological, genetic, mental, economic, cultural or social identity.

What information does QUYCKY collect?

QUYCKY collects personal data provided to it by users of the APP when they create an account, make a purchase or during the entire process that follows, access the APP, contact QUYCKY, send comments, fill in any form, share content on the QUYCKY Sites or share information publicly about QUYCKY/Sites on social media.

The data that QUYCKY creates when making a purchase, the data that is collected automatically when Users access the APP, for example, IP address, device ID, which browser they use or how they interact on the QUYCKY Sites before or after they have an account. 

Depending on what data is provided to QUYCKY, this information may include the following information about users: their name; address or location; telephone contact; email address; date of birth; gender; gender identity; sexual preferences; purchase information; purchasing preferences; images and financial information (including your credit or debit card details, although we do not hold them, our payment processors do).

Data collected from other legitimate sources, such as QUYCKY's promotional partners, public sources, data from Users' interaction with QUYCKY's advertising or Personal Data that is part of Users' profile on a social network and that they have made available to QUYCKY.

Both QUYCKY and its Partners will store and access personal data, namely unique identifiers and standard information sent by devices.

Such information will be collected and kept for the period necessary, namely for the provision of services, billing and legal obligations.

Notwithstanding, said information may be communicated to service providers of QUYCKY or other entities in order to comply with any legal impositions.

Information shared by Users

Notwithstanding any mandatory information, QUYCKY recommends you to consider carefully about the information disclosed, and it is not recommended in your relationship with other members or third parties to the APP, to disclose email addresses, URLs, instant messaging details, phone numbers, full names or addresses, credit card information, national identity numbers and other sensitive information, which could lead to misuse.

When posting personal information or using the messaging function to communicate with other Users, the amount of personal information shared is at your own risk.

Geolocation Information

If any User provides their consent for QUYCKY to access their location, they are consenting to the processing of such geolocation data from their device and to store the coordinates of their device to offer certain features and/or functionalities of the Sites.

This information allows QUYCKY to identify your physical location and may use said information to personalise your use of the APP and facilitate your interaction with other Users, allowing location information to be displayed and shared with others who are close to your location.

Links

Information may also be collected when the User interacts with links available on the APP, and in this context QUYCKY may share aggregate statistics, namely with regard to how many times a certain link has been selected.

For what purpose does QUYCKY use the information provided?

QUYCKY uses the information provided to guarantee the quality of the services provided, more specifically to personalize and adapt the content and information of the APP to the profile of the users, carrying out research and analysis on the interaction of the users in the context of the use of and interaction with the APP and possibly other QUYCKY areas which the users access; to send information on available promotions and offers - if the user has subscribed to any newsletters or otherwise consented to QUYCKY for this purpose.

The data collected by QUYCKY is also used for processing orders and communicating with the users, processing requests for information and any complaints, statistical analysis, as well as for direct marketing purposes.
